Position Title Interaction Designer, Intern - Rochester, NY
Position Description Position Summary:
AnInteraction Design Internbrings to Kodak, Digital Capture & Devices User Experience (DC&D UX), key academic design experience and training to support interaction design projects. Through the internship, we promote good relations with universities and infuse new technology and fresh creative ideas for user interface design from universities. The DC&D UX, Interaction Design Team has a need for a dynamic and motivated intern, team member to assist them in supporting consumer electronics interaction design and advocating superior user experience.
Required Skills / Experience:

* Enrolled in BFA/MA/MFA, Graphic/Interaction Design program, must have completed sophomore year.
* Must be available for Fall 09 co-op, prefer additional availability through Spring 2010: Full-time or Part-time Internship.
* Registered, full-time student.
* 2 years of academic or working experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash) with a focus on new media (rather than print) design.
* Must have experience with academic team based projects, demonstrating ability to work in a team-based environment, where clear communication between several members has been achieved.
Desired Skills/ Experience:
* Ability to meet deadlines for production with minimal supervision and have excellent project file organization skills.
* Professional work experience a plus
Education Requirements:
* Enrolled in BFA/MA/MFA, Graphic/Interaction Design program, must have completed sophomore year.
