Position Title Regional B2B Demand Generation Manager - Americas Region - Atlanta, GA
Position Description Overall Responsibilities:
TheRegional B2B Demand Generation Manager - Americas Regionwill drive the Americas B2B Demand Generation Strategy and results as they relate to driving e-Commerce and Direct Response leads and relationships with Kodak customers. Specifically, this includes developing the demand generation strategy, data strategy, acquisition/retention strategy for the customer and prospect database, program execution, program analysis, and new program development. In addition it is the Regional B2B Demand Generation Managers responsibility to align goals and tactics to that of the Kodak Store, WW CRM, and Kodak.com.
Job Responsibilities / Specific Accountabilities:
Position will provide ongoing management of Regional B2B Demand Generation programs with responsibilities including:

* Meet / exceed Demand Generation goals for marketing and sales qualified leads, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction
* Working with Regional SPGs/MarCom teams, create, manage, and execute calendar of activity
* Devise a relevant, executable segmentation strategy, including plans for ongoing data collection
* Develop and implement aggressive testing plans, with closed loop reporting and analytics to lead to actionable insight for optimization of future programs
Manage Regional Demand Generation budget
* Develop and report on Demand Generation ROI to Director, Kodak Direct
* Monitor Demand Generation metrics to analyze effectiveness and adjust to meet goals
* Proactively sponsor research projects to drive insights from acquired data
* Project Manage and develop business plans for new Demand Generation programs
* Participate as Regional representative to WW driven Demand Generation activities
Key Business Skills / Experience Required:

* Previous experience with Aprimo enterprise management/marketing (EMM) is strongly desired
* Managing integrated campaigns on Aprimo including e-mail, sales/trade show event, direct mail, print advertising, etc. is strongly desired
* Previous experience with Oracle On Demand (OOD)/Siebel On Demand (SOD), Unica, Eloqua or a similar enterprise
management/marketing (EMM) system is also a plus
* Previous successful development of strategies and tactics for B2B Demand Generation primarily via email and direct mail
* Proven success in communication tactics using database marketing to existing customer, prospect and 3rd party databases that translate into tangible business results
* Proven ability to make an immediate impact in an atmosphere of continual change
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can draw big-picture conclusions from available data and understanding of Regional and corporate priorities
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams that may or may not be direct reports
* Able to blend consideration of prospect and customer needs and corporate imperatives in setting direction
* Self-directed and able to manage own work priorities meeting deliverables on or before target date
* Must be creative problem solver who brings ideas forward without being given direction to do so
* Understanding of online space to successfully integrate direct strategies with corresponding web and e-commerce strategies
* Good communicator across, up and down organizations
Experience Required:

* 5+ years executing and analyzing B2B Demand Generation email and direct mail marketing programs
* Previous experience with Aprimo or a similar enterprise management/marketing (EMM) is required
* Bachelors degree is required, MBA preferred
* Experience in commercial printing industry is a plus
